The book exposes the shocking story of the gruesome 1914 murder of photographer and developer Frank Sherman in St. Petersburg and the calculated lynching of the Black man accused of the murder. Wilson explores the true-crime events and stories of the days of terror that followed — all buried for decades in the Sunshine City.  \nCopies of Days of Fear: A Lynching of St. Petersburg\, are available for purchase at the St. Petersburg Museum of History. \n\n\nPresented by Southern Roots Realty\, Happy Hour with the Historian is frequently sold out\, so reservations are required.
