Rick Vaughn is a 30-year veteran in the sports communication field with the Baltimore Orioles, Tampa Bay Rays and Washington Redskins. His recently released book, “100 Years of Baseball on St. Petersburg’s Waterfront – How the Game Helped Shape a City,” explores the historic partnership between the Sunshine City and America’s favorite pastime.
