Join us on Saturday, August 10 for History in a Bottle – A Taste of Tequila! Sample a variety of tequilas and tequila drinks paired with exquisite catering from Lay Low Château. Derived from the blue agave plant, the spirit is primarily distilled in the area surrounding the city of Tequila, and the Jaliscan Highlands in the central western Mexican state of Jalisco. Tequila is recognized as a Mexican designation of origin product and makes up half of the spirits currently sold in the U.S.
