Event Information Overview
- The Museum is available for rentals seven days a week. The rental fee for the Flight One Gallery is 5 hours.
- If the Renter needs to extend the event past 5 hours, they may do so at the rate of $100 per hour.
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
- Use of the Flight One Gallery
- Potential access to all museum galleries including the world-famous Schrader’s Little Cooperstown exhibit.
- Utilities, basic security and set-up/breakdown.
- Use of the Museum’s 60-inch round tables (maximum of 17 tables, each seats 8).
- Use of the Museum’s rectangular tables for optional seating and serving
requirements. - Use of the Museum’s chairs (maximum of 200) Over

- Setup Fee $100
- Clean-up Fee (for food & beverage events) $100
- Exhibit security (with run of museum) $100
- To reserve the facility, a rental contract must be signed and a non-refundable deposit of $400 paid. Deposits will be deducted from the final rental cost.
- The rental fee balance is due 60 days prior to the rental date, unless the reservation is booked less than 60 days prior to the rental date. In this case, the full rental fee is required with the signed contract.

CANCELLATIONS
Any rental cancelled by the Renter more than 60 days prior to the event may be eligible for a deposit refund minus a $200 fee. Any cancellation notice within 60 days of the event will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
CATERING
- All food caterers must be on the St. Petersburg Museum of History Pre-Qualified Catering List. If a caterer is not on the list a 20% catering fee will apply to the rental.
- Caterer may access the facility 2 hours prior to the start of the event for preparation.
- All alcohol catering must be contracted with Hops & Props, Inc.
- Although Renter must make their own arrangements for additional items such as linens,a dance floor, entertainment, flowers, photography, etc., the Museum will provide a preferred vendor list.
